No 5 Clarence Terrace, St Lukes, Cork.We recently sold our Apartment through John D Sullivan & Co. Ltd. The main reason we chose them was because of the positive dealings we had with them over the past 15 years, as the Property Management Company for our Apartment block in Passage West in Cork.
We could only say positive things about them in relation to our dealings during that time. They were always extremely helpful and very accommodating to any request or issue we had. Any problems we had were acted on and sorted very quickly. Communication and follow up was always excellent.
John was very enthusiastic about getting us the best sale price for our property and he went above and beyond what we expected from him when we ran into paperwork problems getting the sale over the line. He again helped us to very quickly resolve an issue that was holding up the sale.
Emer has always been extremely helpful and courteous to us and always followed up and responded very quickly to us over the years and especially over the last few months, during the sale.
